We review your P&L to identify real leverage points. If we can't find a clear path to meaningful commercial improvement, we say so and refund your deposit in full.

Step 03 ——
Acceptance

If accepted, you sign an NDA and receive a diagnostic summary of your key opportunities. Your seat is confirmed and you're introduced to the group ahead of your first session.

Ongoing Mentoring

Fortnightly sessions, peer accountability, partner deal access, and direct operational support. No long-term lock-in — sustained by results, not contracts.
