• Name, email address, phone number, and business name when you submit an enquiry, application, or contact form
• Financial and operational information (including P&L documents) provided as part of an application or engagement scoping process
• Correspondence including emails, form submissions, and messages
• Payment information processed through our secure payment provider (we do not store card details)

• Website usage data including pages visited, time on site, and navigation paths
• Device and browser information, IP address, and approximate location

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected, including:

• Assessing and processing applications for OpsX Mentor membership

Financial and operational documents (such as P&L statements) submitted as part of an application or engagement are stored securely, access-restricted, and subject to our NDA policy.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Application data from unsuccessful applicants is deleted within 12 months of the application decision. Engagement-related records are retained for 7 years in accordance with Australian tax and corporate record-keeping requirements.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information
• Make a complaint if you believe we have interfered with your privacy
